01What does publication cost?
Creating an account and preparing your company is free. Each one-time payment is at least €1, with cent precision above that minimum. There is no subscription. Your company stays published while its net confirmed Arena total is at least €1; a refund that brings it below €1 returns it to a private draft.
02What actually determines my rank?
Your Arena rank follows the net total of confirmed one-time EUR payments to TopTier attributed to your company. A higher total means a higher position. If two companies reach the same total, the company that reached it first stays ahead. MRR, ARR and revenue have separate public metric views; Arena payments never break a metric tie.
03Can I create a profile before paying?
Yes. Creating an account and preparing your company, story and metrics is free and private. A confirmed payment from €1 can publish an eligible company in the public directory and Arena. You control which metrics are public.
04Does a higher rank mean a better company?
No. Rank reflects net one-time EUR payments to TopTier, not company quality, financial performance or investment potential. Verification is a separate signal about the evidence behind a company's information.
05How are my numbers verified?
Metrics start as self-reported. You can verify control of your domain, submit company evidence for review and connect Stripe with a read-only key so MRR, ARR and 30-day revenue are computed from your real subscriptions every day. Each verification has its own status, so visitors can distinguish declared information from verified information.
06Is TopTier an investment platform?
No. A payment buys publication and Arena visibility. It does not buy shares, generate investment returns or represent an investment in another company.
